A liftgate attached to the back of a box truck is the only way for your delivery. In most circumstances delivery to hard access areas such as limited access commercial properties, ground-level strip malls, churches, and educational facilities not in a residential zone. Any place a tractor-trailer can not turn around, or any other ground-level facilities that are not considered residential. Freight is almost always downloaded from a large tractor-trailer truck onto a delivery box truck to maintain easy access when making these deliveries.
